Mickleover Running Club
Membership Form
We have three membership options available. You can either join the Club as a First Claim member, Second Claim member or Social member.
First Claim (£32) covers both your membership to Mickleover Running Club and affiliation to England Athletics with associated race discounts. Select this option if you wish to compete in races and receive discount from EA.
Second Claim (£16) covers your membership to Mickleover Running Club, and if you are already a member of another running club. Please note, unfortunately you won't be able to represent the Mickleover Running Club at in the Cross Country League.
Social Member (£16) covers your membership to Mickleover Running Club, and allows you to represent Mickleover Running Club in the Cross Country League.
Membership renewal date is 31st March - members joining after 1st Jan will have their membership extended until March the following year.
Your Club membership fee is invested 100% into the establishment and development of the Club.
The fee supports and enables the following:

| > | subsidising club attendance at local events (such as the Annual Hairy Helmet) |
| > | subsidising club social events |
| > | club annual awards |
| > | adoption of an online payment utility to ease the process for the volunteer team but also provides online transactional security |
If renewing your membership with Mickleover Running Club you will automatically be registered as a member of England Athletics (whether you are an affiliated member or not).
We will provide England Athletics with your personal data which they will use to enable access to an online portal for you (called myAthletics).
England Athletics will contact you to invite you to sign into and update your MyAthletics portal (which, amongst other things, allows you to set and amend your privacy settings).

Your data is passed to EA as detailed above, but is also stored on a secure server that only named Committee members have access to.
This data is used to facilitate the administration and club communication and is NOT shared with third parties.
Information (ie medical notes) are shared where it is deemed necessary with the Run Leaders so as to ensure your Health and Safety on Club Runs.
If you decide to leave the Club your data will be deleted from the internal servers after 2 months of your membership lapsing.
Periodically we will use third party mailing tools such as mailchimp to send out emails.
